    Ordering and tracking communication was good. However the the item was damaged in transit and was unusable. I’ve sent a separate email to your info@ email address with photographic evidence, so hopefully it can be quickly resolved.

    Only collected it yesterday as it was delivered to the wrong address, (not your fault). I haven’t had a chance to install it yet, but on first inspection I require longer M4 bolts to connect to the projector. Holes lie within the deeper arms, so extensions not required, but longer bolts are! Mid range rating given, only because it hasn’t been properly installed yet.
