Return Period & Process

We have a 14-day return policy on all our products. There are products which have no return or refund policies, please read this whole page. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us using the form on our contact page. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Remote controls, projector lamps, internal electrical parts, or components are also non-returnable.

PROJECTOR SCREENS, PROJECTOR BUNDLE DEALS AND CLOTHES AIRERS

Cannot be returned for a refund, exchange, or replacement once purchased for non faulty items. Please ensure you take your room measurements before ordering our items. Please get in touch if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Shipping Collections:

We do not have any shipping collection services for any of our items. If you would like to return an unit, please arrange your own shipping with your own insurance. In for instance, you request us for a collection on your behalf and we agree to do so in unforeseen circumstances, we will use a third party to collect your item. The costs of the collections are £24 for any items under 1m length and £35 for units over 1m length. There are no collection services for addresses outside the UK mainland (excludes highlands, islands and remote areas).

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. The usual time frame of receiving your refund is 7 to 10 working days only. 


Shipping Policy

1. UK Shipping Charges:

All shipping to UK mainland is FREE of charge. All orders placed before 1pm are processed the same day for a FREE 24-hour delivery. Some of our products such as parts & accessories, may take 3 to 5 working days to reach you due to their restrictions of size and shipment being processed using Royal Mail Standard. Please note, we don’t have weekend or public holiday delivery services.

2. Europe and Global Shipping Charges:

Outside the UK Mainland, Europe and global shipping have minimum charges for each product. Please add the product to the cart and process your payment. We will contact you to process the payment based on your location and quantity to take payments for the shipping costs.

3. Product Restrictions:

Please note, we do not ship projector screens and bundles outside the UK due to the size restrictions by the couriers until further notice.

4. If there are any shipping costs arise in future in our store, here are the various policies of ABIS in regards to the shipping of the product:

     

      1. The Shipping fees include the handling and processing fees of the product

      1. The Shipping fees takes into consideration the carrier shipping costs based on the number of items, packaging, Weight, size etc.

      1. The ZIP code will help you to identify the shipping cost of the product in your area.

      1. Heavier and larger products will incur higher shipping costs for obvious reasons.

      1. If you wish to change the shipping address after you have placed the order, contact the customer care service centre at the earliest.

      1. The products are generally shipped from the warehouse within 24 hours of the order but in case of a delay due to unavoidable circumstances, the company is not responsible.
